A 'Pending' status on
your Yssa Studio purchase simply means that our system successfully received
your order and it's being fulfilled.
Can I
remove, add, or change items in my order after it’s been placed?

Can I receive a refund for an order that was
purchased with E-wallets or Bank Deposit?
At this time, refunds
can only be issued in the same manner in which they were paid. If you paid with
PayPal, you may receive the refund to your original form of payment. If you
paid with Gcash, Paymaya, or Bank Deposit, a refund will be transferred to your
account.
What's your Domestic Return & Exchange
Policy?
Returns
Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your
order shipped to be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method.
Returns received 30 days from the day your order shipped will be refunded. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020 - Hang tag must be attached to
garment to make a return.
Exchanges
Love it, but need a different
size or color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received
within 30 days of the original order date. Exchanges are always free! PLEASE
NOTE: Creating an exchange on our site does not guarantee inventory is held for
exchanges; there is a possibility that inventory will sell out. Please contact

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders
shipped outside of the Philippines. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they
are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a
number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local
VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if
and when asked to by your local authorities. All taxes are set by the shipping destination country and
therefore may vary from country to country.
Any taxes and
duties collected are paid to the destination country's’ Customs Authority.
Return of any merchandise will not result in a refund of those taxes or duties.
You will need to contact your local Customs Authority for information on tax
